All currencies are shown in USD.

Minimum Stay:
A minimum stay of 3 nights required during standard rental dates. Different minimum stays may apply to special rental periods--please see the Special Rental Rates table above for details.

Short Stay Reservations less than 30 nights:
If unit is left excessively dirty, an excessive cleaning is charged at $35 per hour, plus tax.

Extended Stay Reservations, 30 Nights or longer:

Extended Stays 30 nights or longer:
Stays 30 days and longer require a $100 non refundable cleaning fee. On departure, if above normal cleaning is needed, such as carpets needing shampooed, the additional costs of these services will be charged to the guest. The costs varies with each rental and is dependent on size or rental and the status it is left in.

To Reserve: Payments:

35% deposit required to reserve a rental, with Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
We Accept Mastercard, VISA and Discover

Cancellation:
No charge on cancellations made within 24 hours of booking
10% Cancellation on Stays Cancelled 60 days or greater before arrival, or departure
No Refund for stays cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival or departure.
Extended Stay reservations require a 30 day notice to cancel reservation after the reservation has begun.


Taxes:
6% Bed Tax Year Round for stays less than 30 nights
6% Sales Tax Summer April 1 - September 30
5% Sales tax Winter Oct 1 - April 30
Stays 30 nights or longer are sales and bed tax exempt

Other:
No Smoking Inside Any Rental. Smoking inside will result in a $500 Cleaning Fee Automatically.
No pets allowed without prior approval and only on select homes.
