Great location, room was pretty basic
We were glad to get a room at all, during a busy weekend in June. The location was great: we didn't have a car, so we walked everywhere. The room itself was pretty basic, but we didn't spend much time there. The kitchen was well appointed, bathroom adequate. Our biggest complaint was our inability to manage the temperature and ventilation. It was hot and stuffy, despite opening the windows. Our other complaint was the noise at night, from somewhere inside the same building. When other people were talking, and partying, there is no sound insulation.
Thanks for your feedback, Ritch. You're right, these units are lower cost, and more for someone that prefers to be downtown, close to restaurants and harbors, and doesn't plan to be home much. Sorry about the carryover of noise. Folks on vacation do tend to get excited and talk too much sometime. I will speak with the owners in regards to better insulation. Sharon
